Mark Corbett and Vince Page (Echelon) rode the 60 mile Solihull RR at Bearly in Warwickshire today. Mark tried several times to break away but didn’t succeed until the last of 7 laps. As Mark was approaching the finish he caught a rider who had been dropped from the leading group of 3.

On Sunday, eight Worcester St Johns riders took part in the notorious Beacon Little Mountain 39 mile time trial. The riders had good weather, much better than the 2012 monsoon conditions. 110 riders from across the Midlands took part in a tough event which includes the ascents of Stanford Bank and Ankerdine Hill.

On Saturday 13th, nine Saints riders competed in a field of 100 in the Echelon/VTTA Open 10 near Salford Priors. The weather was fine, the course had a strong headwind on the first leg then a tail wind for the final miles.
The 1st timetrial with all the aerodynamic aids went off 35 riders aking part. Rob Nicols Race for the win and start his defence of the Year long points trophy.
